Terms: All orders with approved credit will be billed net 30 days. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UPS-COD or your check with order.

Freight: F.O.B. Itasca, IL. Most orders are shipped UPS, prepaid and added to your merchandise total. Truck shipments will be sent out collect with the carrier of your choice when specified; otherwise we will use a common carrier with the best rate and service.

Pricing: Optimum Pricing Program. We have grouped categories of products to increase you purchasing power and lower you unit cost. Ordering these various products together gives you a discounted cost. Due to market forces beyond our control, all prices are subject to change with out notice. Small order charges may apply based on your buying group status.

Product Tolerances: Due to the characterisitcs of flexible packaging, some tolerances in bag sizes and gauges must be taken in to consideration. We deliver product with in the specified industry standard for dimension and thickness. Should your particular application require additional attention to certain specifications, please tell our Customer Service Representative and we will explore all methods available to accomodate your needs.

Returns and Damages: If you wish to return an order or have received damaged merchandise, please call our Customer Service Department within 30 days from receipt. We will issue a call tag or return authorization number. Orders received without authorization are subject to refusal. We reserve the right to inspect returns before issuing a credit and to charge a 20% restocking charge.

Custom Orders: custom orders are sometimes shipped at quantities larger or smaller than originally ordered because of the manufacturing process. Please consult with out Customer Service Department for an estimate on your particular product since it does vary with quantity, type and size of the product ordered. Quotes for printed items do not include plate charges and are subject to a cancellation charge.

Customization and Art Info

Details make all the difference in optaining the best result. Time spent in preparation will ensure top quality. There are usually six steps in the printing process.

Logos and Artwork: Acceptable artwork must be submitted in black and white vector art. Acceptable file formats are .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) files with all fonts created to outlines. PDF files are also acceptable as long as they were created in Adobe Illustrator and are able to be edited. For full color orders artwork must be submitted in the original Photoshop file (.psd) or tiff file. These files must be submitted in the intended print size and have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. Other file formats are accepted but my incur and additional Art Service Fee.

Don't have the right format? Our in-house designers are here to help! We offer standard art for a low $15. This includes typesetting or text adjustments to existing art. If you need to clean up old art, layout tri-fold menus or create vector art from an image an art service fee of $40 applies. Complete logo design or complex logos will be quoted. All art service charges include 2 proofs. Each additional proof will cost $10 each. Please call if you have any questions!

Hot Stamp Pricing

Want a smaller quantity of bags and a custom look? Try Hot Stamping! A foil can be adhered to almost any bag we offer. The minimum order for hot stamp items is 250 pieces unless otherwise stated. A one time plate charge is required. Production time is 12 working days from final art approval. Click here to view our foil color choices.

  • 250-499 bags - 25¢ per impression
  • 500-749 bags - 20¢ per impression
  • 750-999 bags - 18¢ per impression
  • 1000+ bags - 16¢ per impression

Hot Stamp Plate Fees: To make your order process easier we have a flat plate fee based on the bag size ordered. One plate is required per color. Click here to view our standed imprint sizes.

  • Bag Size: 8 x 5 x 10 or smaller - $85 per plate
  • Bag Size: 8 x 5 x 10 to 16 x 6 x 11 - $125 per plate
  • Bag Size: 16 x 6 x 12 or larger - $175 per plate

Rush Service Fees: Need your bags right away? Rush fees will be required depending on how fast you need your order. If you have a specific in hand date make sure you mention that when placing your order. Please note that due to seasonal demands rush programs my not be available. Please call if you need your order right away.

  • 3-6 days after art approval - $125 rush fee
  • 7-11 days after art approval - $75 rush fee

Make a Special Note of: Each order is special; the combination of bag type and printing press used will be reviewed to ensure customer satisfaction including the following areas:

  • Any screened (shaded areas) will need to be reviewed for printing details.
  • Large or heavy printed ink areas will need to be reviewed to assure the best results.
  • Heavy ink coverage and screens may incur additional costs.
  • Printing to the edge can be a factor and will need to be taking in to consideration.
  • Thin lines and small print will need to be reviewed to assure best results.
