Shipping Charges

Stock orders are shipped the same business day if placed by 4:30 pm CST. All continental US orders are sent standard UPS Ground FOB Bensenville, IL. Some items may be drop shipped to save cost and time. Non-continental US and international orders are shipped specially. Customer responsible for additional duties or fees.

Important: The freight listed on the site is only an estimate based on one box shipping and zip code location. There is a possibility freight may be higher due to more than one box being shipped and exact destination zip code.Customer is responsible for any difference in shipping costs.

Shipping prices are currently based on the weight of products purchased. A small order charge of $10.00 will be applied to orders under $50.00.

If you need faster shipment than regular ground, please call during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm cst.

Additional Charges
Plate charges - Our printing and hot stamping processes are a hand fed one-at-a-time delicate procedure which is done on pre-made bags and boxes. Your printed item requires a printing plate to transfer the ink onto the bag. Plates for bag sizes less than 8x5x10 are a flat $75 and larger bag plates are $100.
Set-Up or Screen Fees – Typically an initial fee to cover the set up or art work or imprint production. On many items, if the same imprint is used there is no repeat set up fee. This fee varies by item. Some products already include the set up fee. See specific product for details.

There may be additional time and costs for the following services: typesetting, enlargements, clean up, corrections and proofing. Certain print programs include some or all preparation costs. See specific programs for details. After we have received and reviewed your artwork you will be informed of the exact cost before proceeding with the order. Certain print programs include plate costs, see specific program for details.


How Fees are Charged

If the fees are standard and listed on our site, you will be charged them in your shopping bag and pay at check out. If they are not listed and need to be determined based on your specific art, you may still place your order online. We will contact you once your order is received to review artwork details and additional fees. These new fees will be a later charge upon your art approval. No fees will be charged without your notification.
